JOB TITLE: Janitor

PAY RATE: $18.00 per hour

• 12-month contract with opportunities for extension

Summary:

• Maintain clean and orderly premises, including rest and working areas in offices and industrial buildings

• Perform tasks such as:

  • Dusting furniture, walls, fixtures, and equipment

  • Sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing, and buffing floors

  • Removing refuse and maintaining waste disposal areas

  • Polishing furniture, fixtures, and trimmings

  • Replenishing janitorial supplies as needed

  • Cleaning lavatories, showers, and restrooms

• Ensure attention to detail in all cleaning tasks

• Communicate effectively and work independently

• Must be physically able to be on feet for most of the day
