Working Schedule 1st shift (Monday‑Saturday) Responsibilities Foaming and scrubbing of production equipment, floors, walls, etc. (wet clean) according to predetermined procedures. Work with pre‑mixed chemical cleaning agents to clean, sanitize, and return production facilities to operation. Sanitize all surfaces after clean for production runs. Interior infrastructure cleaning of production and non‑production areas. Self‑check work prior to official pre‑op inspection. Participate in pre‑operation inspections of equipment after cleaning. Help maintain a safe and food‑safe environment through teamwork and proper food sanitation training. Sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and cafeterias. Sweep and mop. Work closely with team members to ensure a quality clean production surface. Assist teammates on food production line—teamwork is necessary for all projected work. Maintain and follow GMP protocols. Lock out equipment being worked on. Wear provided PPE when necessary or directed for the completion of work. Qualifications Previous sanitation or housekeeping experience is a plus. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to show judgment and to work independently. High integrity required. Requirements Experience with cleaning commercial equipment is a plus, but not required. Ability to work with other crew members. Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions. Must have reliable transportation. Ability to work in hot conditions.
