Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Java Architect to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will define architecture standards, provide technical leadership, and ensure scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing Java-based applications.Define system architecture, integration strategies, and technical roadmaps.Lead development teams and provide hands-on technical guidance.Drive microservices architecture and cloud-native application design.Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, performance optimization, and DevOps.Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.Conduct code reviews and mentor developers.Evaluate and recommend new technologies and frameworks.Oversee CI/CD pipeline implementation and release management.Required Skills & Qualifications10+ years of experience in Java development.Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.Experience with RESTful APIs and distributed systems.Strong knowledge of design patterns and system design principles.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization.Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases.Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).Excellent leadership and communication skills.
