Job Title: Java Developer

Job Duties

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java technologies
• Develop and maintain event driven and event sourced applications
• Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs.
• Develop robust error-handling mechanisms to ensure the resilience of applications.
• Implement effective logging and monitoring solutions for timely error detection and resolution. Analyze and troubleshoot issues to provide quick and efficient resolutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications to meet evolving business requirements.
• Work on application scalability infrastructure, including microservice architecture
• Codes in multiple languages in support of software products and the development of software products
• Collaborates on high level software design projects, event driven architecture, and creates effective component level architectures
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
• The Ideal Candidate Has:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field.

Experience:

Experience with Java 8+, Microservices, Rest API, Spring Boot Experience with AWS, particularly in Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3. Experience with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL. Familiarity with agile methodologies. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and solve complex problems efficiently. Familiarity with code and process management tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Git Working knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment and DevOps principles
