Required Skills 5-7+ years of professional Java software development experience. Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, RESTful APIs, Oracle, SQL, JPA/Hibernate, Maven or Gradle, Git, and automated testing using JUnit and Mockito. Experience supporting and modernizing legacy Java applications while applying object-oriented design, SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices. Experience with Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, messaging technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus), and modern application development practices. Excellent communication, collaboration, mentoring, and problem‑solving skills with a team‑first mindset, openness to feedback, and willingness to learn new technologies, including .NET. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. Experience with Linux, OAuth/OpenID Connect, observability tools, healthcare technologies, or cloud migration initiatives is a plus.
