Role Purpose: Execute the development of the Controls IQ Platform, focusing on coding, automation, and integration to help realize the program's vision. Core Responsibilities: Develop remediation agents, automated control suites, and dashboards. Work hands-on with vendor partners to integrate test scripts with Jira/X-ray. Implement code based on the technical design patterns defined by the Tech Lead and Domain Architect. Focus on phase-one automation of the 32 established controls. Integrate test results into the pipeline and contribute to the overall automation strategy. Required Skills & Experience: Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Java and Python. Automation: Experience with control automation and building automated testing suites. Tools: Familiarity with GitHub, Jira, and X-ray. Data: Understanding of data sources, databases (NoSQL), and data quality processes. Soft Skills: Ability to work closely with the team, follow technical direction, and adapt to changing requirements as the POC progresses. Must be a strong team player and willing to learn.
