Short Description: The Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) oversees the State s Medical Cannabis Program, which ensures medical cannabis available for certified patients with serious conditions and is dispensed and administered in a manner that protects public health and safety.This Software Architect role is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of a portfolio of applications within this domain.
Responsibilities:
  • Create new and maintain existing code base for all applications across the application domain.
  • Create new and maintain existing webservices.
  • Design and implement new fucntionalities across various applications.
  • Refine architecture and integration components based on businees needs.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Diagonise and fix code issues for functionalilty , performance and security.
Required:
  • 84 Months of experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) in designing and implementing Information Technology Solutions using the Java programming language.
  • 60 Months of experience in Oracle PL/SQL and developing procedures and packages.
  • 60 Months of experience in using the Spring MVC framework
  • 48 Months of experience using JavaScript frameworks
  • 24 Months of experience building and maintaining Responsive Web applications for mobile devices.
  • 24 Months of experience developing Java Restful Web Services
