Job Title: Java Developer with Dynatrace, Splunk, and ELF Expertise

Location: Phoenix, AZ (onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Java Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Monitoring with Dynatrace: Implement and manage Dynatrace for application performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization. Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Log Management with Splunk: Utilize Splunk for logging, monitoring, and analyzing application data. Create and maintain dashboards and alerts to monitor application health.
• ELF Integration: Work with Event Logging Framework (ELF) for structured logging and ensure that logs are properly formatted and stored for easy retrieval and analysis.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and Product Management, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of application designs, code, and monitoring configurations.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and recommend enhancements to existing systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Java development.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace for application performance monitoring.
• Proficiency in using Splunk for log management and analysis.
• Familiarity with Event Logging Framework (ELF) and structured logging practices.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
