The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in Java development, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and observability solutions, with specific experience in Grafana. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications and microservices Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, deployment, and release processes Work closely with development, operations, and QA teams to ensure smooth application delivery Monitor application performance and infrastructure using Grafana and related monitoring tools Develop dashboards, alerts, and performance metrics in Grafana Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance Deploy and manage applications on cloud and containerized environments Ensure security, reliability, and availability of applications and infrastructure Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and DevOps best practices implementation Required Skills Java Development Java 8/11/17 Spring Boot Microservices Architecture REST APIs Hibernate/JPA Maven/Gradle DevOps Skills Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools Git/GitHub/GitLab Docker Kubernetes/OpenShift Linux Administration Shell Scripting (Bash) Monitoring & Observability Grafana (Mandatory) Prometheus ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) Splunk (Good to Have) Cloud Platforms AWS / Azure / GCP (any one preferred) Database Technologies Oracle PostgreSQL MySQL MongoDB (Good to Have) Required Experience 5+ years of Java development experience 2+ years of DevOps implementation and CI/CD management Hands‑on experience creating Grafana dashboards, alerts, and monitoring solutions Experience with containerization and orchestration tools Strong troubleshooting and production support experience Preferred Qualifications Experience in Telecom domain preferred Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) are an added advantage Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Must-Have Skills Java Spring Boot Microservices DevOps (CI/CD) Docker & Kubernetes Grafana (Mandatory) Prometheus Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) Linux & Scripting #J-18808-Ljbffr
