The ideal candidate brings deep experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and modern cloud-native tooling, and thrives in lean, fast-moving environments. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable, high-performance Java applications using Spring Boot and Webflux Architect and implement distributed systems with strong API design principles Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerised workloads using Docker and Kubernetes Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor team members on best practices Deliver value quickly while maintaining code quality and architectural integrity Required Skills Java (10+ years) Spring, Spring Boot Webflux (reactive programming) CI/CD pipelines Docker, Kubernetes Relational and NoSQL databases Distributed systems and event-driven architecture Preferred Skills Experience in large enterprise environments Strong mentoring and cross-functional communication skills Location & Work Model Phoenix, AZ - Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Engagement Details Long-term contract engagement with an immediate start.
