Java Full Stack Developer – Criminal Justice Systems

Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer Criminal Justice Systems 14 Years Exp Location : Albany, NY (Hybrid) We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification Qualifications Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise applications using Java Development Kit (JDK) 8 or later versions. Strong experience in developing and maintaining persistence‑layer components using Java Persistence API (JPA) and/or Hibernate. Extensive experience working with Oracle Database 10g or higher, including database development, DML, DDL, DCL operations, and PL/SQL programming. Hands‑on experience in designing and developing web applications using PrimeFaces/JavaServer Faces (JSF) and/or Angular frameworks. Demonstrated ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application performance bottlenecks and optimization issues. Experience in developing, implementing, and integrating systems supporting state or federal criminal justice processes, including but not limited to disposition processing, fingerprint identification, criminal history management, sex offender tracking and management, wanted/missing persons tracking, and offender supervision initiatives.
