Job Title: Java Full Stack Lead Developer Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite) Contract Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Java Full Stack Lead Developer to design, develop, and lead scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise in Java along with modern frontend technologies and experience leading development teams. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end design and development of full stack applications • Develop RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot • Build responsive UI using Angular/React • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability • Mentor junior developers and drive best practices Required Skills: • 8+ years of experience in Java Full Stack development • Strong in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices • Frontend experience with Angular or React • Experience with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases • Knowledge of AWS/Azure and CI/CD pipelines • Strong leadership and communication skills
