Job Role: Java Full Stack Developer

Duration: 6 months+/Fulltime

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java/J2EE,spring boot, microservices, Kotlin, Kafka, Mongo DB and modern frameworks, with hands-on experience in containerization, orchestration, and cloud-native architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, write, test, and document high quality code and technical artifacts.
• Improve system quality, performance, resilience, and reliability.
• Perform root cause analysis and define corrective actions.
• Lead design and implementation of complex capabilities within existing systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide teams in engineering best practices.
• Decompose complex designs into manageable, maintainable components.
• Ensure observability, instrumentation, and operational readiness of systems.
• Define and maintain test suites ensuring production SLAs (latency, availability).
• Promote security by proactively identifying and closing vulnerabilities.
