Job Title: Java plus Azure Team Leader
Location: Dallas ,TX -Hybrid
Duration: 12 months

Job Description:

• Lead the development of web applications using Java, Angular, and Azure.
• Implement best engineering practices, including Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), Continuous Testing (CT), and automated code reviews.
• Drive the development and optimization of Azure Cloud technology.
• Maintain high standards of code quality and design practices.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, acting as a thought leader and change agent.
• Adapt to new technologies and take on technical challenges.
• Provide strategic guidance and updates to senior management.

Education & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in Java-based development and leading a team.
• Strong experience in both waterfall and agile processes.
• Leadership: 10+ years of experience, able to guide the team and provide status updates to senior management.
• Azure Cloud expertise.

Skills:

• Full Stack Development: Java, Angular, Azure Cloud, Docker, Container-Based Development.
• Automated Testing Tools: Cucumber, Junit, Mockito, Selenium.
• UX Development: Angular version 8+ preferred.
• Cloud/Distributed Architecture Design Patterns.
• DevOps Tools: CI/CD, CT setups.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in proof of concept/MVP development.
• Robust and resilient database design.
