Role: Full Stack Java Developer - W2 only
Location: Piscataway, NJ (Hybrid)
Duration: 6+ Months
Visas: GC/USC
Interview type: F2F interview (Locals or nearby states preperred)
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience
2. Minimum of 10 years total experience as an engineer doing development with Java/JEE, Spring , Spring boot, MySQL, Javascript and other web technologies.
3. Full Stack developer. Very strong in Core Java 11, Spring Boot, Spring batch, REST Web services, JWT, HTML5, CSS, Javascript, ReactJS, Angular 2, TypeScript
4. Strong experience with Microservices architecture
5. Strong experience in application design, design patterns and performance tuning.
6. Experience with Elasticsearch preferred
7. Strong experience in HTML5, Javascript, React.js, CSS
8. Strong experience in using GIT, Maven, Unix/Linux for deployment and debugging issues
9. Awareness and knowledge of AWS Services which includes ELB, ALB, EC2 , Elasticsearch, DynamoDB
10. Experience with Agile methodologies.
11. Able to effectively communicate across teams and roles.
12. Demonstrable ability to deliver projects on time, with high quality, and within budget.
13. Ability and desire to thrive in a proactive, high-pressure, client-services environment.
14. Strong analytical and conceptual skills
15. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels
Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, implement and unit test code.
2. Participate in the full SDLC (Agile), including planning meetings, iterative development, estimations and design sessions.
3. Deliver project assignments on time and with high quality.
5. Debug and Fix production issues quickly
6. Timely status reporting to Managers
7. Understand and Analyze project Risk and provide risk mitigation
