Job Role: Java Full Stack Engineer

Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid)

Duration: Full Time / Contract

Job Description:

• Experience - 12+Yrs of Overall IT Experience
• Must have strong technical and development skills.
• Strong experience in either Java or C#, both will be a plus.
• Must have strong UNIX/LINUX skills
• Must be analytical and have excellent troubleshooting skills
• Must experience in front-to-back trade reporting and reconciliation support.
• Must have strong Equity Derivative Trading systems and exchange connectivity experience
• Must have experience leading teams to implement large scale applications with high reliability and secure communications to other platforms.
• Experience with platform and application modernization is a plus.
• Experience of using either Relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases (Mongo)
• Strong vendor system knowledge (Sophis) is a plus
• SQL / DB hands-on experience
• Good communication skills, Must be able to interact and work well with traders, back office personnel, vendors, futures business, other IT teams and Clients
