Java Lead/ Sr. Java Developer

Java Lead Developer West Chester, PA/Remote At least 10 years of professional software development experience. Writing high-performance, high-availability code that reflects a constant understanding of the business impacts Experience with highly scalable/available service-oriented architectures. Experience in Microservices, preferably using Spring Boot with good understanding of spring eco-system Working experience in industry standard protocol related to API security including OAuth is must Strong architecture and design skills. Be able to design, build and lead others to build systems that will be robust in the face of change. Indisputable command of computer science basics (data structures, sorting/searching algorithms, order analysis). Experience handling large team in onsite – offshore model Expertise in object-oriented language such as Java Experience with relational databases, such as SQL Server. Experience in NoSQL Databases, such as Couch DB/MongoDB BS in Computer Science or related field. A combination of education plus equivalent work experience will be considered. Preferred qualifications Experience with Docker, Kubernetes. Experience working in CICD platform i.e. Jenkins Experience with message queues MQ at scale. Demonstrated ability to lead other engineers and mentor less experienced engineers Experience with Scrum, XP or other agile methodologies a plus.
