We are seeking a highly experienced Java Spring Boot Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable and resilient applications. This role involves leading technical teams, managing full lifecycle development, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impactful digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, cloud platforms, and modern development practices. Key Responsibilities Lead full systems lifecycle activities including analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of applications. Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs that meet stated objectives. Design and develop robust application solutions using Java and Spring Boot frameworks. Guide the creation of application documentation and integration builds. Monitor and adopt emerging technology trends to enhance solution delivery. Drive problem resolution and implement process improvements in application maintenance and support. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. Collaborate with stakeholders to define current and future application requirements. Apply knowledge in disaster recovery, architecture, information systems, and technical writing. Manage project risks, planning, and stakeholder relationships effectively. Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in Java development, including leading scalable and resilient application projects. Deep architectural expertise in Spring Boot and REST API development. Experience with OpenShift, Web API, and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, particularly Couchbase. Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, AMQ, and WMQ. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and deployment strategies. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. Proven leadership in adopting new technologies and overseeing technical project execution. Preferred Qualifications Experience with networking, DNS Proxy, JFROG, Junit, and SQL Server. Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform. Knowledge of security practices including tokenization, encryption, and certificate management.
