Qualifications 10+ years' experience in design and development of Java/J2EE applications Working knowledge of Enterprise Java technologies (J2EE / Java EE) Over 8 years of application development experience Must have object-oriented programming expertise and have sound understanding of design patterns Knowledge of AWS services is required preferable hands-on. Familiarity with building and consuming web services Familiar with SOAP and REST API protocols, as well as HTTP transport concepts Practical knowledge of relational database concepts and SQL queries ( DB2 and Oracle preferred) Experience with database Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions Experience with WebLogic and WebSphere platforms Experience with Linux OS desirable Experience with assessment and refactoring of WebLogic/WebSphere applications for cloud readiness on AWS Desirable - Weblogic to Wildfly -JBOSS Migration experience , Websphere to Wildfly-JBOSS Migration experience Desirable experience with Wildfly - JBOSS Excellent written and oral communication skills Knowledge of telecommunications industry helpful.
