We are looking for a skilled Onsite Technical Lead to join our team on a contracting basis and provide technical leadership for a high-impact project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software architecture and microservices, hands-on experience with Java and Spring frameworks, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, managing technical solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of microservices-based applications.
  • Architect and implement solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and database technologies like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with different teams for integrations and file transfers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables through code reviews, best practices, and architectural guidance.
  • Facilitate team discussions and manage technical roadmaps.
  • Occasionally travel to Dallas for onsite meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead in designing and developing microservices-based architectures.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and relational/noSQL databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with remote and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to provide architectural direction and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Must be based on the East Coast with willingness to travel to Dallas occasionally.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and API management.
