Able to troubleshoot issue and come up with root cause and solution.
Able to coordinate with different business stakeholders
Write testable, efficient code, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with QA teams to ensure alignment between development and testing.
Ability to create and validate scripts and scenarios & Drive testing calls, engage UAT users Prepare testing data
Able to quickly learn and adapt tool knowledge.
Ability to Create training materials and organize and conduct training sessions (re-occurring)
Able to Support hyper care activities and able to provide turnaround solution.
