• JAVA TECH LEAD with 9yrs experience
• Developing multi-tier enterprise level applications using Java EE and Spring technologies.
• Experience in developing applications following SOA architecture and RESTful web services using Java EE, Spring/Hibernate, JAX-WS, JAX-RS and related technologies.
• Seasoned and highly skilled Technical Lead and provide leadership.
• Technical expertise in the development and implementation of complex software solutions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, and leading teams / projects from conception to delivery

Role and Responsibilities:

• Code Quality: Ensure that code adheres to best practices, coding standards, and is reviewed regularly to maintain high quality.
• Technical Decisions: Make key decisions on technical issues, tools, and frameworks, and evaluate new technologies for potential adoption.
• Mentorship: Mentor and support junior developers, offering guidance on technical challenges and career development.
• Training: Facilitate training sessions to help team members improve their skills and stay updated with the latest Java technologies.
• Task Allocation: Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and project requirements.
