Java Technical Lead

Position: Java Technical Lead Location: Plano, TX (Onsite) Duration: Full-Time Job Description: Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Expert proficiency and hands on experience in core Java, Java frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate), and microservices architecture Handson experience with Microservices, RESTful APIs, Apache Flink, and cloud technologies. Strong hands-on experience of SQL and NoSQL databases Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Roles & Responsibilities Lead and mentor developers, setting standards for coding, testing, and documentation. Design system architecture, develop high-quality code, and create technical documentation Conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and manage unit testing and integration testing Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver projects on time. Act as a technical authority, conducting code reviews and ensuring best coding practices for Java, Spring, and Microservices. Address technical risks, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance
