We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Apache Kafka, and AWS to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications. This is more of a hands‑on role where the successful candidate will spend a significant portion of their time designing solutions, writing high‑quality code, reviewing implementations, and solving complex technical challenges. The ideal candidate is passionate about software engineering, cloud‑native development, and modern distributed systems, while providing technical guidance and influencing engineering best practices across the team. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-performance enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot. Build scalable Microservices and RESTful APIs following modern architectural principles. Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and production‑quality code. Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions. Integrate applications with cloud services on AWS. Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security. Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and engineering best practices. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps initiatives. Mentor team members through technical guidance and knowledge sharing without direct people management responsibilities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Java application development. Strong hands‑on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices. Experience building and deploying applications on AWS.
