Job Title : Java Technical Project Lead

Job Type : C2C

Experience : 7-10 Years

Location : Dearborn, Michigan

Responsibilities:

• Experience in Java development, with prior experience in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in project management and leading technical teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with ticketing systems and project management tools.
• Knowledge of Software Quality Assurance processes.
• Lead project development, production support, and maintenance activities.
• Guide team members on technical aspects, conducting reviews of technical documents and artifacts.
• Fill and ensure the completion of timesheets and the invoicing process by deadlines.
• Serve as the primary customer interface, proactively addressing issues before they escalate.
• Create and review functional and technical specification documents.
• Track open tickets/incidents in the queue, allocate tickets to resources, and ensure timely closure.
• Ensure analysts adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging the team to find faster, better, and more economical ways to perform tasks.
• Ensure project compliance with Software Quality Processes and maintain timelines.
• Promote teamwork and motivate, mentor, and develop subordinates.
• Provide application production support according to the process/RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) Matrix.
