Java Technical Project Manager

Job: Java Technical Project Manager Location: Plano, TX/ Memphis, TN Mode: Full Time Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Strong background in core Java, Java frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate), and microservices architecture Proven experience (10+ years) in software development, with significant experience in a leadership or project management role Familiarity with Azure, JIRA, Eclipse/IntelliJ, GIT, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Roles & Responsibilities Plan, execute, and close Java-based projects, managing timelines, budgets, and scope. Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams, product owners, and clients Proactively identify and mitigate risks, managing dependencies in complex, high-volume applications. Lead Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning) to drive continuous improvement and software delivery.
