Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end Production process and systems design across our ERP (JDE) and supporting applications.
- Works closely with business users on how best to use the systems to perform daily functions and Identify project requirements through interviews, workshops, operations analysis, and best practices research.
- Drive productivity through improved JDE usage across the enterprise by improving JDE adoption and process efficiency.
- Documents requirements to detail application requirements, solution design, adherence to best practice, and metrics
- Documents functional specifications when required to support enhancement work.
- Performs unit testing of proposed changes and supports user testing, implementation, training, and support.
