Job Title: Manufacturing Super User (JD Edwards)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Manufacturing Super User with a strong background in JD Edwards (JDE) to enhance and support manufacturing operations. This role focuses on optimizing system performance, ensuring data accuracy, and driving process improvements. You'll collaborate closely with IT, engineering, and production teams to streamline workflows and support decision-making with accurate data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of the JD Edwards system.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve material and labor variances, implementing corrective measures.
  • Manage and improve cycle count processes, addressing discrepancies with targeted solutions.
  • Review system data entries and reports to detect errors, determine root causes, and develop effective fixes.
  • Provide user support and training to enhance system proficiency across departments.
  • Advise on system configurations to align with operational goals.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to establish product costing, bills of materials, and routings.
  • Handle multiple priorities effectively, offering strategic solutions in complex scenarios.
  • Support the implementation and management of 3PL warehousing operations.
  • Maintain auxiliary software systems that integrate with JD Edwards.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to reconcile credit orders and customer complaint reports (CCRs).

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards in a manufacturing setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing workflows and ERP system functionalities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in system troubleshooting, process optimization, and user support.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable outcomes.
  • Effective communication and project management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Shipping module experience (picking tickets, freight codes)
  • Proficiency in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Technical expertise in translating business needs into ERP system solutions.
