INSPYR Solutions has teamed up with large manufacturing company based out of Bolingbrook who is in search of a JD Edwards Business Systems Analyst. Please note this role will primarily operate onsite with the flexibility to work from home, one day per week.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end system implementation initiatives, including project charter creation, scope definition, and delivery execution.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to uncover opportunities for process improvements and technology-driven enhancements.
• Analyze system issues to identify root causes and implement sustainable, long-term solutions.
• Oversee the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of change requests within ServiceNow, balancing business value with technical feasibility.
• Coordinate and manage third-party vendors supporting system integrations and external solutions.
• Direct the planning and execution of system testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation, user training, and effective knowledge transfer for all system changes and enhancements.
• Research, assess, and recommend emerging technologies that can strengthen business operations and capabilities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree required
• 5+ years of experience working with JD Edwards
• Must have strong experience working with implementations and process integration
• Must be comfortable commuting to Bolingbrook 4-5 days/week
