Duration: Long Term

Job description

The user needs to have successfully performed the below tasks in their job experience:

  • Written and deployed ScriptRunner scripts
  • Written Automation for Jira rules
  • Held Site Admin rights or higher for an organization
  • Successfully configured and enabled at least 5 different plug-ins in Jira Cloud
  • Adept at using MS Teams for meetings

Non-technical:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (US English)
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills & Stakeholder awareness
  • Presentation skills, able to deliver JIRA related training where necessary

Desired experience:

  • Completed a JIRA migration (DC/on-premiserver/Cloud) to cloud
  • Confluence & train experience
  • Set up an authentication service on Azure AD, AWS, or some other Active Directory
  • Successfully added external users (outside the organizations domain) to share a join Jira cloud instance
  • Created and configured jira Service Management projects.
