Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Customer Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring excellent customer experience through phone, email, chat, or in-person communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat support
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or team leader
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Maintain service quality and achieve performance targets
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Understand company products/services to provide better assistance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred)
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environment is a plus
- Strong communication skills (English/Hindi or regional languages)
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Customer-centric and positive attitude
