Job Developer Pro Action is accepting applications for a Job Developer in the Employment and Training Department. This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, with benefits.

The Job Developer works with the Steuben County Department of Social Services Employment Unit and the Pro Action Employment and Training Department, assisting clients in obtaining and retaining employment. The position is based at Pro Actions Bath office and will travel within Steuben County.

The Job Developer must have the ability to work with the public and be solution-focused with strong problem-solving skills. Attention to detail along with strong analytical thinking, customer service, listening and communication skills are necessary. This position requires a valid drivers license meeting agency standards and maintaining consistent, reliable transportation.

The Job Developer position requires an Associate Degree in Human Services or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in Human Services with the public. Experience working with the target population served by this program is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
