Job Title : Critical Spares Logistics Coordinator
Location : Oklahoma (Remote)
Job Summary:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of replacement equipment to reduce mean time to repair (MTR). This role involves order management, spares inventory management, and the repair and replenishment of inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) with vendors.
- Track, report, and ensure timely vendor repair and replenishment of spare parts.
- Manage spares inventory to maintain stock levels and reconcile physical and logical inventory.
- Support order management, including processing, procurement, logistics, and delivery validation.
- Communicate with internal/external customers regarding equipment status and order updates.
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting for management and team.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics, including WMS and inventory management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently in a remote team environment.
- Willingness to perform on-call duties on a rotational basis for 24/7 support.
