Title: Change Management Practitioner to support Hexagon Implementation

Contract
Day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Lead change management activities, including communications, sponsorship alignment, impact assessments, team collaboration, and people-related risk mitigation
Conduct the Strategy Realization Framework (SRF) assessment to determine key risks and build mitigation plan
Manage holistic communications strategy to keep stakeholders informed with consistent, relevant, and timely information. Communications will leverage a variety of channels, sends, and feedback mechanisms
Identify stakeholder impacts and determine mechanisms to address barriers to change and mindset shifts required
Create and distribute communications content, including email messages, effective storytelling slide presentations, content for various monthly newsletters, FAQs, posters, videos, and/or additional materials as needed
Partner with L&D and Knowledge Management teams to identify needs and build collateral, as needed
Meet with key stakeholders and/or facilitating leadership meetings to provide updates and gather feedback
Participate in workshops and project team meetings to identify risks, build key messaging, act as the voice of the end user / customer, and support facilitation of effective meetings
Create post go-live support structure (e.g., hypercare, office hours, tips and tricks, etc.)
Capture / publicize user testimonials
Manage SharePoint site to provide a one-stop-shop for project materials

Key skills and qualifications:
5+ years of work experience related to organizational change management, communications, and/or training
Change management certification preferred (e.g., Prosci, La Marsh, CCMP)
Experience in troubleshooting, organizational skills, effective storytelling through PowerPoint, and ability to translate complex technical content to digestible communications
Experience in culture awareness, communications planning and/or execution, stakeholder engagement, job role design, training planning and/or execution, or other related areas
Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of an organization
