Job Title: Job Order Fulfillment Associate

Location: Nashville, NC

Employment Type: Full-time, 3 days on-site, remote virtual assistant (PA) support

Compensation: $15 - $18 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process and fulfill customer orders.
• Pick items from inventory according to order specifications.
• Securely pack and prepare orders for shipment.
• Coordinate deliveries to UPS and USPS drop-off points.
• Track order status and provide customer updates.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns with excellent service.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Clean background with no felony convictions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
