Our dispatchers receive: Weekly Pay Earn $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Full Benefits Package Medical, Dental, Vision, Group Life, and 401(k) with match Paid Time Off Holidays, vacation (after 90 days), and parental leave Career Advancement & Training Opportunities for growth within the company Your responsibilities will include: Dispatch field service technicians to customer locations based on location, skill level, and job urgency Schedule and coordinate planned maintenance services to ensure timely completion Receive and process service requests from customers and coworkers, entering information into the system Assist with paperwork, preparing reports, and tracking company lead sources Support the Service Manager with ordering parts, scheduling repairs, and coordinating with vendors as needed What you bring to the table: Excellent phone and communication skills Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in basic math and computer skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Bonus skills (not required, but preferred): Experience with ServiceTitan & Microsoft Office Knowledge of Residential Electric, HVAC, or Plumbing industries Ready to grow your career with a company that values your skills?
