Here's what you'll bring to the table: Licensed to perform lash and brow services in Texas Customer service experience in the beauty industry Experience conducting eyelash and brow service corrections / adjustments to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty. Track record for increasing quality of service execution of peers Proven track record for gaining repeat business and in upgrading services to guests Experience facilitating formal technical lash and brow service training in accordance with a training curriculum and certifying successful completion of training programs Mentoring capability, or informal on-the-job lash and brow service training Great leadership in handling the demands of a fast paced environment with finesse Experience in leading organizational culture embodying a culture of learning, development, and potential for growth while having fun!
