Job Description This role supports Credit Officers daily in the underwriting, monitoring, and management of their portfolios. It involves managing end-to-end processes for credit underwriting, ongoing monitoring, and portfolio management of financing, treasury management, and traded products transactions. The role acts as a primary liaison with credit teams, operations, and other business partners. Responsibilities Coordinate pre- and post-closing activities, including due diligence, creation of approval documents, and interaction with operations. Monitor requirements by creating and clearing monitoring ticklers and sourcing required financial statements and other documents per the terms of the credit agreement or other documentation. Identify and resolve data quality issues. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Understand policy and procedures and ensure compliance. Required Qualifications Credit guidelines and lending procedures. Underwriting systems. Credit documentation verification. Commercial lending and commercial products. Desired Qualifications Time management. Organization. Portfolio monitoring. Skills Attention to detail. Data collection and entry. Record keeping. Oral communications. Written communications. Collaboration. Customer and client focus. Planning. Prioritization. Minimum Education Requirement High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
