Senior Financial Support SpecialistsOBXtek has an immediate need for a number of highly qualified Senior Financial Support Specialists to support our new U.S. Space Force, Space Systems Command Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power (SDA&CP) and Battle Management Command, Control and Communications (BMC3) Support Services contract (Hemisphere) contract in the El Segundo, CA and/or Alexandria, VA area.Travel is not anticipated but would occur less than five percent of the time on an occasional and irregular basis and be limited to domestic locations only.A Senior Financial Support Specialist shall serve in the following capacities and provide the capabilities and expertise associated with each as follows:Senior Financial Support Specialist that is: Highly knowledgeable and certified in U.S. Air Force (and U.S. Space Force) Records ManagementVersed in the U.S. Air Force Financial SAFES programAble to process, received, track, coordinate, and store large volumes of program critical informationAble to coordinate and organize multiple geographically-separated team members required to support the missionAble to lead the monitoring and financial execution of classified programsProgram Financial Integrator that is: Experienced with and has in-depth knowledge of the generation and analysis of Earned Value Management (EVM) dataProficient in MS Office Suite applications and in the use of the Comprehensive Cost and Requirements System (CCaRS)Senior Financial Support Specialist that is: Experienced with and has in-depth knowledge of the generation and analysis of Earned Value Management (EVM) dataExperienced with financial management for ACAT-like weapon systemsExperienced in managing the planning, programming, budgeting and execution of fundsHighly knowledgeable in the U.S. Space Force financial managementHas extensive prior financial management support experienceAble to administer the collection and aggregation of obligations and expenditures data from CDRLsAble to track the status of funding documentationFamiliar with using and tracking with the Comprehensive Cost and Requirements System (CCaRS)It is anticipated that the Senior Configuration Manager/Financial Support Specialist will be based in the National Capital Region and that the Program Financial Integrator and the Senior Financial Support Specialist will be based in the El Segundo, CA area.Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only.
