Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft technologies, with a focus on Intune, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and Exchange.
- This role requires a deep understanding of system administration, troubleshooting, and security best practices.
Responsibilities:
Intune Management:
Intune Management:
- Configure and manage Intune policies for device and application management.
- Deploy and manage Windows 11 devices using Intune.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Intune-related issues.
Windows 11 Support:
- Provide technical support for Windows 11 devices.
- Deploy and configure Windows 11 updates and patches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 11-related issues.
Microsoft 365 Administration:
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
- Configure user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365-related issues.
Exchange Online Support:
- Provide technical support for Exchange Online, including email, calendar, and contacts.
- Configure email policies, mailboxes, and distribution groups.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Exchange Online-related issues.
Security and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain security best practices for all systems.
- Stay up-to-date on security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Documentation:
- Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Intune, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 1
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) preferred.
