We are seeking a skilled MES PAS-X Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. This role involves supporting and implementing Werum PAS-X MES solutions for manufacturing environments, focusing on bridging the gap between technical system configuration and business process requirements. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MES solutions, a strong understanding of pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing processes, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions to support production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Werum PAS-X MES solutions to meet client requirements.
• Develop, test, and deploy Master Batch Records (MBRs) and other PAS-X configurations.
• Integrate MES with enterprise systems such as ERP (e.g., SAP) and shop floor automation systems.
• Provide technical expertise in PAS-X system setup, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve issues related to interfaces, data management, and system performance.
• Ensure system compliance with cGMP, FDA, and other regulatory standards.
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Analyze manufacturing workflows and recommend process improvements supported by PAS-X functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation, including user guides and SOPs.
• Train end-users and administrators on PAS-X features and best practices.
• Participate in or lead project phases, including requirement gathering, design, testing, validation, and go-live support.
• Ensure timely delivery of MES projects and compliance with quality standards.
• Support data migration, validation, and integration activities.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into production performance.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience with Werum PAS-X MES implementation or similar MES platforms.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences manufacturing environments.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in configuring and developing PAS-X components such as MBRs, workflows, and interfaces.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including batch production, quality control, and supply chain.
• Familiarity with integration technologies like OPC, Web Services, and APIs.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL/Oracle) and scripting languages.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP, GAMP5, and regulatory requirements in life sciences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to bridge business needs and technical solutions.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and shop floor systems integration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Werum PAS-X or similar MES platforms.
