Systems & Data Project Support Analyst Location: Austin (5 days/week onsite) Duration: 6+ Months Salary Range: $54.00 – $58.33/hr Employment Type: W2 only Important Note Must have LinkedIn profile for submission Job Summary This role blends project support and SAP master data expertise to support cross-functional projects of various sizes. The candidate will ensure data accuracy, governance, and quality while collaborating with business and technical teams. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of SAP Master Data management experience Experience with: Material, BOM, Configuration, Table maintenance Experience working in ERP environments: SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA Project support experience across small enhancements, large enterprise-level projects Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality, accuracy, consistency, and integrity Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail Technical Skills Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, Spreadsheet analysis Familiarity with: SQL, Power BI, Tableau Soft Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify process improvements Key Responsibilities Support cross-functional projects combining project support + master data expertise Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing): Partner with technical teams, Gather requirements, Support data setup and management Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures Create, update, and manage SAP data records Ensure data quality and governance compliance: Perform data quality checks and audits Partner with stakeholders to resolve data-related issues Generate reports and perform data analysis for corrective actions Support data strategy, testing, and implementation Assist IST and technical teams in system design and review sessions Troubleshoot issues during project testing and cutover phases Identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks Company Benefits & Culture Inclusive and diverse work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Comprehensive health and wellness benefits Application Email your resume to:
