Job Title: Warehouse Lead

We are now hiring a warehouse lead for a Luxury furniture & Custom furniture rental company for special events specifically in the Film and TV production industry nationwide. We are currently hiring a Warehouse/Operations Lead to help in our Los Angeles location located in Commerce. This position requires to work in the warehouse but it also requires you to travel to the events throughout Los Angeles County to oversee operations setup and teardown of the special events.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize errors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and transportation carriers to ensure efficient movement of goods.
- Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and manage freight costs.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Assist in the development and implementation of lean principles to streamline warehouse operations.

Experience:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and processes.
- Experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation management systems (TMS), or related areas is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members at all levels.


Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE)
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
Long Term – Permanent Position
Able to work weekends and flexible schedule
Able to travel to Las Vegas NV for training – paid expenses
Raise provided after 90 day probation.
