Gpac has formed a partnership with a reputable agricultural dealership in search of proficient diesel technicians. This family-owned company has been a community stalwart for over 90 years, actively engaging and participating in local events. The enterprise places a high premium on staff well-being and fosters a family-like atmosphere. Here are a few additional benefits to consider:

Benefits:
  • $26-$40+/hr depending on experience, PLUS a sign on bonus of up to $5,000 for new hires!
  • 401K with company match
  • Company covers 100% of employee insurance as well as 100% of short/long-term disability insurance, and life insurance
  • PTO package is started on first day of employment
  • Company provides continued education and training
Qualifications needed for consideration:
  • 5+ years of experience performing service repairs on ag and/or heavy equipment
  • Skilled in operating vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
  • Advanced Diesel Service Technician education preferred but not required
  • Valid drivers license required
