Ridge Manor, a leading personal care home with locations in Calhoun and Rossville, is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to help us fulfill our mission of providing exceptional care and creating vibrant communities for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to fill vacancies and maintain high occupancy rates at our Calhoun and Rossville locations.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential residents, their families, and the local community to highlight the outstanding services and amenities offered at Ridge Manor.
- Form strong referral partnerships with healthcare providers, agencies, and organizations within the senior care industry to drive admissions and promote our reputation.
- Coordinate and execute engaging events and activities, including birthdays and holidays, to enhance the quality of life for our residents and foster a sense of community.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing within the senior care industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and generate innovative ideas.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
