Job Summary:
Provide onsite Level 1 & 2 technical support to end users in a warehouse and shop-floor environment. Responsible for hands-on troubleshooting, equipment setup, and timely resolution of IT incidents and service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite Level 1–2 IT support for end-user devices and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Install, configure, move, ship and replace IT equipment
- Log, update, and resolve tickets according to SLAs
- Escalate issues as required and maintain ownership through resolution
- Participate in on-call rotation
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in Level 1–2 IT support
- Strong Windows and end-user troubleshooting skills
- Experience with ticketing systems and SLA-based support
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing 50 lbs or more
Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in a warehouse / shop-floor environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or shop-floor environments
Basic knowledge of networking and Microsoft 365
