What You'll Do As a Junior Software Developer, you'll work alongside experienced team members to maintain, enhance, and support enterprise applications and business systems. Key Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and maintain business applications and system integrations. Participate in application upgrades, testing, deployments, and ongoing maintenance. Gather and document business requirements, technical specifications, and development needs. Assist with application migrations, implementation activities, and quality assurance testing. Troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with users and technical teams to resolve problems. Support production systems and help ensure reliable, high-quality service delivery. Work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors on projects and support initiatives. Contribute to process improvements, root-cause analysis, and continuous optimization efforts. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. 1+ year of experience developing applications using C#, .NET, Java, or another object-oriented programming language. 1+ year of hands-on SQL development experience. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Understanding of relational database concepts. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to diverse technical environments. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience or exposure to reporting and analytics tools such as: Power BI Crystal Reports Cognos Other BI/reporting platforms Technologies You'll Work With C# .NET Java SQL Relational Databases Business Intelligence & Reporting Tools Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anaheim, CA.
