Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Web Content Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our internal product and sector practice page websites.
This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in digital content management and web administration.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production and deployment of web content within established templates.
- Perform content edits and approve/launch new pages and menus.
- Proofread copy to ensure consistency and accuracy of page content.
- Update and maintain product documentation, refreshing screenshots as needed.
- Organize and maintain the digital assets library, ensuring the optimal size and quality of images and media, and using consistent naming conventions.
- Develop and update training materials for new editors, and provide ongoing support for editorial requests.
- Administer the practice page Teams site, managing FAQs and related materials.
- Monitor and respond to practice page requests and feedback through ServiceNow.
- Work independently, managing and prioritizing requests and tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Education: Current student or recent graduate in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field preferred.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of web content management systems (experience with Episerver is a plus but not required).
- Familiarity with web graphics (Adobe Creative Cloud experience a plus but not required).
- Familiarity with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience working within support ticketing systems such as ServiceNow for managing customer requests and inquiries.
