Junior Account Manager Apply
Job Description
This role provides support to our signage projects from concept through to completion. You will assist in managing client relationships, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring signage solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Job Functions
· Serve as day-to-day point of contact for clients regarding ongoing signage projects.
· Support senior salespeople in proposal development, estimating, and quoting.
· Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure project timelines are met.
· Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure all client requirements are understood and met.
· Handle administrative tasks such as order entry, job tracking, and reporting.
· Attend client/internal meetings as needed, take notes, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
· Maintain accurate documentation of communications, project details, and change orders.
· Assist with resolving issues or delays that arise during production or installation.
· Help manage supplier and vendor communication when needed.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· High School Diploma or GED
· 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, sales support, or project coordination role (experience in signage, print, or construction industries preferred)
· Valid Driver’s License
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficiency with computers
· Good interpersonal skills in working with customers, employees, management, and vendors
· Positive attitude with strong, dependable, and honest work ethic
· Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
· Must be able to follow all company policies and procedures
Physical requirements
· Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods of time to perform basic office functions
Ability to lift 20lbs, physically able to work in sign shop environment
