An industry leader in laboratory instrumentation for analytical testing is looking for a talented Financial Reporting Accountant to join the team in Woonsocket, RI for a period of 4 months on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate for this position should have a college degree in accounting and 3+ years of accounting experience.

Job Responsibilities for an Accountant:

• Process global weekly sales reports from all sales offices
• Process global monthly sales reports from all sales offices and upload to EPM system
• Process monthly trial balances of all subsidiaries and upload to EPM system
• Ad Hoc projects as required

Skills & Qualifications for a Jr Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Knowledge of US GAAP
• Familiarity with IFRS
• Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and manage multiple engagements
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with Planful or similar EPM system a plus
